Our Journey
M/s Ideal Homes was founded in 2005 by Mr. Omkar N Kamat Sambary in Ponda Goa. After lending a helping hand in the family construction business for 4 years and gaining on site experience of a construction site, decided to float a new firm which would cater to rehabilitation, renovation and waterproofing needs of the construction industry. Since 2005 M/s Ideal Homes has indulged in interior fit-outs, restoration and specialized waterproofing works for various industries.
Within 1 year of existence, we were projected as applicators in Goa for Sika India Pvt Ltd, a world leader in construction chemicals. Subsequently, we were offered a distribution cum applicator status by allotting us a client code in their system which enabled us to purchase material directly from the factory. M/s Ideal Homes is the first company in Goa to get a direct purchase code (which does not cater to retail market) from Sika India Pvt Ltd for their Goa factory.
At Ideal Homes we are passionate about our clients and business partners. We believe in developing strong working relationships with designers, architects and clients, consulting with them at every stage to ensure that we fully understand their vision and objectives and are able to bring their plans to fruition.
Having an opportunity to work with a clientele mostly comprising of pharmaceutical companies and hospitality industry, has helped the team understand the importance of delivering a cost-effective job without compromising on quality. We are one of the well-known service providers, engaged in offering waterproofing services for concrete structures and buildings.
Within a few years from establishing the waterproofing business we started offering services for complete refurbishments and interior fitouts. With our exposure to a wide range of building finishing products from Sika India, we were able to quickly build together a team of expert workmen indulging in all trades of refurbishments and building finishes like Tiling, Plumbing, Wooden Furniture Carpenters, Polishers, Glass & Façade works, Aluminium/UPVC windows, Structural Steel Fabricators, Stainless Steel Fabricators, Painters and Electricians. Our team along with our material vendors put in coordinated efforts to deliver refurbishment projects on turnkey basis.
Our dedication & customer-centric approach have allowed us to build a solid client base. This has helped us establish a long-term relationship with most of our clients, with whom we have continuous business.
